By using this website, enrolling in any coaching program, or purchasing services from SYME Professional Coaching and Consulting ("Company"), you ("Client" or "User") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Coaching Services

All services provided by SYMÉ Professional Coaching and Consulting are professional coaching services intended to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and should not replace mental health care.

2. Client Responsibility

Client acknowledges that results are dependent upon their participation, engagement, and follow-through. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes. Client remains solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Confidentiality

The Company respects the confidentiality of all client communications, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). While every reasonable effort will be made to protect personal information, the security of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Full payment is required prior to the start of coaching services.

• After the free introductory consultation and confirmed purchase, no refunds will be issued.

5. Session Rescheduling and Attendance

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule coaching sessions. Sessions missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, tools, worksheets, and resources provided are the exclusive property of SYME Professional Coaching and Consulting and are for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

7. Website Use and Downloads

All resources provided through the Company’s website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Use of these materials is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in coaching services or use of coaching materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
